Welcome to VillaCarros ! This 24 m² studio on the ground floor of our villa offers an intimate, warm retreat, with a private terrace opening onto the valley. Morning light, calm, nature and an unobstructed view create a simple, soothing atmosphere — ideal for recharging, working remotely or exploring Nice and the French Riviera.
Inside, the space is optimised with authenticity: a cosy sleeping corner, a fully equipped kitchen dressed with cement tiles, a small, colourful bathroom with retro charm, a bright dining nook and furniture combining natural wood with touches of colour. A simple, vibrant and welcoming ambiance.
From the property, you have access to a beautiful pool below, bordered by natural rock and a stone pool house. The setting, often very peaceful, offers an exceptional view over the valley.
You also benefit from private parking and ultra high-speed fibre internet, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Complete directions to VillaCarros
1. From the La Manda roundabout (Carros)
(Most common route, regardless of where you are coming from—except Route de Grenoble before the bridge)
- Take the “Carros Village – Le Broc” exit.
⚠️ Do not take “Carros CENTRE” (leads to the town, not the village). - Continue for 6.1 km on the M1 until you reach the entrance to the village (main square + Proxy grocery store).
- Turn left in front of the Proxy grocery store to enter Route Jean Natale.
- Continue for 1.1 km, keeping left at each fork.
- The entrance to VillaCarros is on the left:
- 1st gate = gray gate (do not enter)
- 2nd gate = white pedestrian gate → entrée principale
2. From Route de Grenoble (M6202)
- Take the Pont de La Manda exit.
- Cross the Var.
- Go to the La Manda roundabout.
- Then follow the main route above.
3. From the 202bis (A8 exit — 51.1)
- Take the M6210 exit — Colomars/Gattières/Carros/La Manda.
- Go to the La Manda roundabout.
- Then follow the main route.
4. From the A8 motorway (Cannes/Antibes)
- Take exit 51.1 (Digne/Grenoble/Carros/Mercantour).
- Join the 202bis.
- Then follow the main route.

A pre-authorization of €450 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich & immer sehr schnell erreichbar, wenn es um Tipps rund um die Umgebung, Restaurants oder Aktivitäten ging.Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Angaben, die im Portfolio beschrieben sind. Die Aussisicht von der Terrasse auf die umliegenden Dörfer & Berge kann bereits beim Frühstück genossen werdenDie Unterkunft können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Super endroit, vraiment magnifique avec un panorama incroyable. Très calme, parfait pour se reposer☀️Les hôtes sont très accueillants, sympathiques, et nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour visiter la région. Cerise sur le gâteau : un bébé chevreuil est né dans le jardin pendant notre séjour — totalement magique ! Un séjour ressourçant dans un lieu magnifique. On recommande à 100 % !
Calme, fraîcheur et échanges chaleureux
L’endroit est très calme, avec une superbe vue sur la terrasse, le jardin et la piscine très agréables. L’endroit était aéré malgré la canicule. Le contact avec Isabel et Jérôme était très sympa et nous avons eu des conversations intéressantes .
